WILL I BE ENTERED IF I ANSWER THE QUESTION incorrectly?
You must answer the question correctly when you enter. You will be notified with an email if you answered incorrectly. We will not issue refunds for incorrect answers. You can enter again with another answer and you will be charged again foir the entry.
WHERE is my email order and numbers?
If you do not see your email order please check your spam folder. All orders recieve an email.
Fill in your email address carefully we see emails bounce back with incorrect addresses frequently and mail boxes that are full.

Yes there will be a guaranteed winner for each of our competitions. There are no minimum number of tickets sales. THe competition will be won no matter how many tickets are sold.
HOW LONG WILL THE COMPETITION RUN FOR?
The competition you are entering will state on the page the start date and the end date of the competition. WE will not extend these dates to sell more tickets. If there is another reason beyond our control we will update the website and contact all entrants to update them.
Our competitions are open to residents of the UNITED KINGDOM only who are 18 years of age or older. WE do not accept international entries. IF YOU enter from outside the UK you may still be charged and you will not be refunded. WE must abide by UK laws.
HOW DO I KNOW THIS is a REAL COMpetition?
We are a professional campervan conversion company established in 2021. We are a private limited company based near Thirsk North Yorkshire. We are usually fully booked up 18 months to 24 months in advance. This is your chance to win one of our campervans and beat the waiting times. You can see our live feeds and handovers for each of our competitions online. We also support charities and to date have donated £6500.
How do I view my ticket numbers?
If you answered the competitions question correctly you will be emailed your randomly generated numbers. You can also log into your account on our website (please ensure you are trying to login on our competition website not our conversions website!)
YOur orders will be listed in your account where you can view your ticket numbers.
How Are winners and Non-winnERS notified.
We will host a live feed on Facebook and Instagram to announce the winner. We use Googles Random Number Generator to select a winner. The winner will be called during the live feed, if we can’t get hold of you we will text and email too. We will publish the winner across our websites and social media within 24 hours..
We will email all subscribers the winning number details.
I've won what happens next?
We will try to contact you during the live feed, if not succesful we will keep attemping to contact you via phone, text or email. Once we have contacted you we will request identification to ensure you are a UK citizen. WE will then agree a date and time to deliver or for you to collect your prize.
Can I sell the prize if I win?
Yes you can. The prize is yours to do with as you wish. Previous winners have used their prize to setup a campervan hire business and another sold his campervan which gave him a substantial deposit for a house.
Who are Brown Bird and Company Limited?
We are a campervan conversion company established by Laura and Jacqui in 2021 after long term vanlife travels. Passionate about campervans we have with our amazing team built 29 campers and given away 2 of them for the price of a ticket entry. We love running the competitons to give lucky winners one of our campers, support charities and support our main business.
