Combining the unmistakable character and capability of a classic Defender with a beautifully finished, fully equipped camper interior, this is a vehicle built for extraordinary journeys. 5 – Competition ends 8pm Sunday 27th September. Draw date will take place 7pm Tuesday 29th September. It will be filmed live on Facebook and Instagram to announce a winner. Prizes are awarded in accordance with the laws of chance. We use Google Random Number Generator to select a winner. Winner will be called during the live feed, if we can’t get hold of you we will text and email too. We will publish the winner across our websites and social media.

Set up camp in remote places camping responsibly of course and enjoy the outdoors, go hiking or simply relax by a campfire.

RELAX IN COMFORT

After an adventure packed day off-roading or touring it takes a few minutes to set-up camp with her Alu-Cab Pop-Top and 270 degree Alu-Cab Shadow Awning. This converts the external space into a huge living area for relaxing, cooking and of course a cosy campfire. If the weather turns you can pop inside, turn the heating on and watch a movie.

KITCHEN

Hand made kitchen and drawers with beautiful waney edge Pippy Oak worktop and splashback. Brass tap with electric pump, 37 ltr underslung fresh water tank. Front loading Ventrifrigo fridge and gas hob.

POP-TOP AND MAIN BED

The incredible  Alu-Cab roof conversion transforms into a functional living space for 2. The pop-top design creates extra vertical space, providing enough headroom to stand comfortably within the vehicle when bed is elevated. Lowered it creates a comfortable bed that is 2.4m long by 1.25m wide. Equipped with ceiling lights, reading lights and 4 USB/USBc ports.

SEATING / BED AREA

Beautiful camel coloured sofa that can be converted into another bed. Storage is under the sofa and additional storage behind the sofa back.

STORAGE

Tall unit housing the fridge with storage above, cubby holes to the side, externally accessed storage via the passenger doors. Generous sized upper storage cabinets with solid oak doors, knurled brass door handles, soft close hinges and heavy duty magnets. Storage unit behind the cab seats for maps and books etc. Several drawers in the full length side unit. Bedding is permanently kept up in the pop-top (Alu-Cab). Upper shelf above the windscreen in the cab. Weather proof storage crates or large aluminium custom boxes can be added onto a future roof rack if needed. Long storage compartment for camping chairs or shoes. Additional storage can be mounted onto the Molle board on the side of the vehicle too.

HEATING

Autoterm diesel heater house beneath the cubby box in the cab. Comes with a digital thermostat controller. You can also use the timer so you can wake up to it being warm or come back from a day out to a warm van! The heating is vented into the living arear and up into the pop-top.

LIGHTING

Handmade copper lights and custom made CNC feature lighting. Oak feature LED lighting along the length of the main camper wall.

INSULATION & VENTILATION

Insulation is incredibly important to keep a camper warm in winter and cool in summer as well as reducing condensation in the living space. We use Celotex 25 and 50mm foam board, spray foam in the tricky to reach spots, earth wool and vapour barrier. Pop-top windows can be unzipped for ventilation.

Behind the Scenes Information 

Why Senja? You may have noticed all of our previous builds have been named after mountains and mountain areas. When not busy building campervans in the workshop you can find us up a mountain! Senja is an island in Northern Norway located in Troms county north of the Arctic Circle, positioned between the city of Tromsø and the Lofoten/Vesterålen islands.

Collection & Delivery Terms 

If you are the lucky winner we are able to personally deliver the van to your home address or you are very welcome to collect the van from our state of the art workshop near Thirsk where you can meet the whole team and see where the magic happens!
